• QR code scan data (timestamps, user agents, scan counts)
• Usage data and campaign analytics

Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at josh@purplemountainadvertising.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to provide the Cardovi CRM service. This includes managing your campaigns, contacts, follow-ups, and generating QR code analytics for your businesses. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your user data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use trusted infrastructure providers (such as Supabase) to store and process data securely.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely via Supabase, with encryption at rest and industry-standard access controls. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at josh@purplemountainadvertising.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
