Service description
Cardovi is a SaaS CRM tool designed for direct mail business operators who sell ad spots on shared postcard mailers. The service provides campaign tracking, contact management, follow-up reminders, QR code generation, and client analytics dashboards.
Free trial and billing
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, billing begins at $27 per month. No refunds are provided after billing begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your own contact data and campaigns. You agree to use Cardovi in compliance with all applicable laws, including direct mail and telemarketing regulations in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of liability
Cardovi is not responsible for print quality, mailing delivery outcomes, or the business results of your campaigns. We provide software tools only; the success of your direct mail campaigns depends on factors outside our control.
Service Availability
Cardovi makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service availability. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions may occur. Cardovi is not liable for any damages, losses, or business interruptions resulting from service downtime or QR code redirect failures. Users are responsible for verifying that QR codes function correctly before distributing printed materials.
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Terminated accounts may lose access to data; please export any important information before cancellation.
